Seed & Sod
A healthy, green lawn makes any house stand out. It is not just a matter of applying enough chemicals - it starts with how the ground was prepared. We prepare for seed and sod the same way. First, we rip into the soil 4-6" deep. Then, we break up the lumps, remove stones, and firm the ground back down. Finally, we plant quality seed or sod. It is important to dig into the soil because it improves water retention and root growth. This all translates into a lawn that stays green longer when others start to turn brown.
